The Tubed-vessel[1] is a ship in the the Fleet and has three tubes on each side and cam often be seen in Fleet shots (Flesh and Bone).

The unnamed ship is also jumping away from New Caprica during the Ffleet's emergency jump, just before the wedge-shaped vessel, after the Cylons discover the location of the Colonials (Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II).
