One of its more restricted locations was the "Whisper" Room 49B where military officers met in order to discuss classified data. After the war, retired Admiral Ben Tanner were brought to the "Whisper Room" in order to be briefed on new data that indicated the Cylons were conducting a massive military build-up involving a moon sized space station on their side of space. This resulted in a covert expedition being launched to uncover the nature of the Cylon build-up but the ships were destroyed and used as a basis to break the Cimtar Accords leading to renewed war against the Colonies.
