Why won't these die?

How do we get rid of these? It has no subcats now, and now members on this wiki. It seems like it ought to disappear. We've got a TON of dead categories like this, and it'd be nice if we could clean them up. --Steelviper 08:52, 18 April 2007 (CDT)
