Brother Cavil passes out fliers for his chapel aboard Galactica, which Specialist Socinus reviews before agreeing to post them in restricted sections of the battlestar (TRS: "The Plan").

"The Plan" is a colloquialism for a myriad of dogmatic concepts relating to the Cylon and Colonial religions, who believe that a deity or deities have a plan to explain the existence of the universe, the life within, and the events therein.

Following the Fall of the Twelve Colonies, Brother Cavil passes out fliers for his chapel aboard Galactica that make use of this dual entente. Innocuous enough to play with the desperate sympathies of the suffering survivors, the phrase attracts the attention of numerous Cylon agents within the Fleet, so that they may congregate and discuss their plan to exterminate the human remnant (TRS: "The Plan").
