- Number One (Caprica Copy) (Airlocked in "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II"
- Gina (Suicide in "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II")
- All Cylons onboard the basestar crippled by lymphocytic encephalitis in "Torn" (Resurrection Ship is ordered to jump out of range)
