For for the Lord of Kobol depicted in Caprica, see: Hecate.

Captain Hecate is a Colonial Warrior on Galactica in 7360[1].

She leads Fourth Squadron[2] and is summoned by Major Sheba following work stoppages by Virgil and other technicians in Galactica's bays[1]. Hecate later participates in the incursion aboard Ursus, lead by Lieutenant Colonel Athena, to recover Lieutenant Troy and Dalton from the cultist Tybalt[3] with the aid of Ursus first officer, Portia, and able crew members[2].

Hecate survives the operation, leading multiple pilots of Fourth Squadron—including Dalton—in the battle against Lucifer's Cylon forces when they spring their first full-fledged attack against the Fleet, after a six yahren pause[4]. After Hecate saves Dalton from a pair of Cylon Raiders, Hecate herself is shortly killed when a Raider collides with her Viper[5] (RH: Armageddon).
