Angela is an enigmatic woman who is brought to Starbuck by Cy the Cylon centurion when Starbuck expressed loneliness for female company. Where Cy found her is not clear, but when she arrives Startbuck is amazed to find she is pregnant.

Angela speaks in strange riddles, and when Starbuck launches a shuttle with her aboard to save her and the newborn child from the Cylons, she subsequently disappears. It is revealed that she is the mother of Doctor Zee, and it seems likely that she was an angel or a Being of Light (The Return of Starbuck).

Portayed by Judith Chapman
