4: In ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, e.g. 2006-02-17. Must not be wikilinked.
5: IMDB ID Number
- Search for the name leads to a page with a URI ending in something like "/nm0167435/"; the numerical portion is the person's IMDb number.
