Star Kobol is a ship or space station where the armistice is to be signed by President Adar, which is to end the Thousand-Yahren War.

On Caprica, Serina informs her audience that the details of the conference and live recordings have not come in from the Star Kobol as planned (TOS: "Saga of a Star World").
