Also, it could have been called Kobol, (again the Greek word meaning “mine/source”), because the planet contained not just natural resources, but also later on (during the time of the great exodus of the 12 tribes) but also contained something far more important for the 12 tribes to find (mine/look for) there, should the dire need arise. Kobol could contain within her somewhere the key to finding the last hope for humanity, should the civilisation of the 12 tribes of Kobol fall: The direction and map to the location of the last pocket of humanity, the 13th tribe of the Lords of Kobol.
