The Fleet Registry is a database of all human survivors of the civilian Fleet.

This database was likely created from the efforts of Socinus and others aboard Galactica as many survivors tried to obtain information on other relatives and friends who may have survived the Cylon attack (TRS: "33").

Tory Foster invites former Cylon captive Daniel Novacek to use the Registry to look for any of his surviving family members (TRS: "Hero").

Photos and other memorabilia of loved ones who did not survive the assault on the Colonies (or have died since the exodus) are often enshrined in the memorial hallway ("33", "Scar", "The Passage").

Notes

The Original Series also has a Fleet registry, which was used in "The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part I" to generate names of those who were experienced enough to partake in the mission to destroy the Ravashol pulsar.
Such a registry was also briefly hinted to by Aurora in "Take the Celestra", when she tells Starbuck to look her up via the Fleet's computer system to determine her status as a survivor.
