This is a chronological list of battles in Galactica 1980. Exact dates are noted in Earth time and are based off the Fleet's arrival in the year 1980 CE.

This timeline follows the implication given in 1980 that Colonial time units and Earth time units are exact, interchangeable analogues; see Timeline (1980) for additional details.
