New User Survey
I nmoticed alot of new users and I wanted to know how they came to regsiter and find the website. This is a sister project of the BW:MAIN page to see how we can improve the BSG WIki visability on the web. The survey is totally optionial, but it would help with any problems people might have and to know where they can direct any problems to the designers. the discussion on the main page should be about general discussion and content on the main page, but not for new users to solict information.
The proposal should strive to answer some of the common questions, such as:
- What is the benefit of this proposal to the wiki? Find out where people are coming from
- What is involved in implementing this idea? Editing {{welcome}} to direct new users to the survey BW:NEW.
- Who is going to do it? Any memeber can help dicpher the answers.
- Why should we do it at all? Expand our web presence.
- How will we use the idea? Newly regesiteed people.
- Should the proposal pass, when will work start on this idea? After we get the correct questions picked out for new users to answer.
- Where will this idea be implemented? (e.g. Will it be on certain types of pages or the entire Wiki in general?) Just BW:NEW
