With time running out for the colonists, Admiral Adama will launch his rescue attempt with only the battlestar Galactica, while his son, Lee, and the battlestar Pegasus remain to protect what is left of the human fleet and continue the search for Earth if the rescue fails. Summary Admiral Adama re-institutes a military tradition onboard Colonial warships, in which crewmembers disregard rank and fight each other in a boxing ring to relieve tensions aboard ship—tensions which have existed since Galactica discovered New Caprica.
