Colonel Davies is the United States Air Force officer who reports to General Cushing about Troy's and Dillon's Vipers entering American airspace (1980: "Galactica Discovers Earth, Part I").

Novelization depiction

In the novelization by Michael Resnick, this character is given the full name of Henry Becksworth Davies in a news clipping. Also a colonel, he is the aide of General Tucker Wilson (General Cushing's analogue), and he denies every report of the sighted UFOs, which are known to the reader as Troy and Dillon's Vipers.
